Today, Jayem is a well-placed name in Sealing Systems in India and is firmly anchoring the trust of leading OEM’s & Importers from different parts of the world.
Having made a humble start in the year 1982 as a manufacturer of simple secondary gaskets, it has come a long way. Soaked in the spirit of Globalization, the enterprise was converted into a Private Limited Company in the year 1998.

An ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified Organisation, Jayem is located at Faridabad, in the midst of India’s largest Auto Hub, 40 km away from New Delhi’s International airport. It has a contemporary infrastructure setup covering a vast built up area. The manufacturing unit is equipped with latest machines and process technology. Currently the company manufactures an assortment of over 50 million gaskets per annum.

Jayem has expanded its product offerings by diversifying into manufacturing of Moulded Rubber Components, Rubber to Metal Bonded Parts and Rubber Hoses. Development of rubber products is under taken to meet specific and demanding applications. Jayem manufactures rubber parts using rubbers ranging from SBR, NBR, NBR-PVC, EPDM, Neoprene to Polyacrilic, Silicone, Viton and Kalrez depending upon application. Rubber products have been very well received by its existing OEMs and the industry at large.
