| QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND TESTING Jayem has achieved an extremely distilled process right from sourcing of raw materials to manufacturing, testing and supply. The baseline of all this is quality. It has been adopted and implemented as an intrinsic part of Jayem's manufacturing DNA. Thorough checking at every single stage and modern laboratory to gauge defects, if any, assure products engineered to perfection. All the products go through a series of tests and checks. The QA labs for Gaskets, Rubber parts and Jointing Sheets deploy cutting edge testing apparatus and equipment. In addition to this, Jayem certifies all its suppliers to meet the Quality Assurance norms of the organization. STANDARDS ROOM Jayem has a well-equipped Standards room to ensure accuracy of tooling and to undertake regular calibration to meet National and International Quality Standards. |
